Although many bodybuilders perform reps at a moderate to fast
pace, much can be done by performing reps at a slower than usual
speed. If reps are performed in a slow manner, emphasis on form
will more likely be adhered to than if the reps are performed at a

movement which will allow the bodybuilder to use more weight. The
