Muscle Building Milkshake by Six Star Muscle - Review
This is Stephen Sidorski and I have the pleasure of reviewing the awesome product famously known as the Triple Chocolate Fudge Milkshake flavour of Professional Strength Muscle Building Milkshake by Six Star Muscle. This Chocolate Fudge musclebuilding milk protein formula is perhaps the most awesome tasting nutritional supplement ever!
It says right on the bin that its best-tasting and it definately lives up to that claim! In fact it tastes so well that I almost feel guilty about drinking it but then again when I notice how well-balanced it was nutritiously I was quite impressed. When I went to the supplement section of Wal-Mart I saw this product next to the regular Whey Protein by the same manufacturer Six Star, I reluctantly went with the conservative choice of whey protein. However somewhat coincidently less than a week later, Matt took me back to the same section of Wal-Mart and bought me the Milkshake I was considering earlier. He bought it for me so that I could review it for you. If you want to buy these in bulk or otherwise for a better price than even WalMart, go to http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/six/mbmilkshake.html where you will be shocked at how much cheaper!
My advice is that if you are not looking for Creatine, Nitric Oxide or to build a lot of weight in a short bit of time, go with the Muscle Building Milkshake if you are primarily after the taste and nutrition because Triple Chocolate Fudge Milkshake has both of those. However only half of the powder mixed into each milkshake is protein and you will obviously find a lot higher percentage of protein content in the Whey. Either way my advice to spruce it up a bit is to mix it with a partially ripe banana and / or frozen strawberries. Know that the Milkshake tastes considerably better than the Whey Protein. If you choose to buy both of them good for you; have one when you wake up and the other before bed. I recommend to have the Milkshake before bed because it tastes like chocolate ice cream and having it in the morning would probably ruin your appetite for a good part of the day.
Because of its effects it is not recommended for anyone under the age of eighteen. It contains milk and wheat ingredients as well as phenylalanine. Its recommended for use as a natural health product to enhance muscle growth and strength with a weight-training program. it is best served with milk in my opinion but you can mix it with water if you wish to as well. I do not understand why they call it a Milkshake if they tell you on the directions to mix with water.
