My name is Steven Sidorski and the product I am reviewing is Creatine Ethyl Ester by Six Star.
This product claims to build muscle and strength, increase endurance and recovery, improve athletic performance. It also claims to be convenient and easy to take. The pill size is average. Although this bottle has a child-proof cap, it is still the best idea to keep it away from little kids.
Hardworking muscles rely on an energy source called ATP. Athletes have a limited supply of ATP, and once it's gone, muscles can't perform their best. Scientifically developed Six Star Creatine Ethyl Ester is specially formulated and gives your muscles the ability to regenerate ATP levels quickly, and maintain them at higher levels than normal. That means you can push harder and longer and recover faster so you can effectively build muscle and strength. It is easy to take and portable, making it more convenient to get the creatine you need on a daily basis.
If you trust Wikipedia, they provide this additional information about the product: Creatine ethyl ester, also known as creatine ester, cre-ester and CEE, is a substance sold as an aid for athletic performance and for muscle development in bodybuilding. It is an ethyl ester derivative of creatine, from which it is made. In the body, CEE is converted back into creatine. The ethyl ester is said to have a much better absorption rate and a longer half-life in the body than regular creatine monohydrate, because it is slightly more lipophilic. However, these claims have not yet been conclusively proven by independent research, and in fact a study presented at the 4th International Society of Sports Nutrition (ISSN) annual meeting demonstrated that that the addition of the ethyl group to creatine actually reduces acid stability and accelerates its breakdown to creatinine.
As a supplement, the compound was developed, patented and licensed through UNeMed, the technology transfer entity of the University of Nebraska Medical Center, and is sold under numerous brand names. By seeing the many non-medicinal ingredients, this name brand is inferior in that it has too many of these ingredients, which are hydroxypropyl, cellulose, calcium carbonate, coating (partially hydrolyzed polyvinyl alcohol, polyethylene glycol, titanium dioxide, talc, tartrazine), stearic acid, microcrystalline cellulose, silica, magnesium stearate, croscarmellose sodium, crospovidone, acesulfame-potassium.
As a dietary supplement, take 2 servings per day, 1 serving of two caplets in the morning and the other serving in the afternoon. To maximize results use in conjunction with weight training. Consume ten 8 oz. / 250ml / cups of water daily. Distilled water is water's most purest form.
