Description

Purpose

(1) To develop the quadriceps.

Instructions

(1) Sit in the reverse leg press machine and adjust the machine to ensure it fits your body.

(2) Raise your body back while holding the support bars on the sides of your seat.

(3) Lower your legs back down and repeat this motion.

Tips

(1) Lower the weight slowly and under control to add resistance during this part of the exercise.
