Revolutionary Technology Nutrition Bionic Edge Mass Builder
The Claim:
Build Hard Muscle Mass Without Adding Fat!
Bionic Edge™ Mass Builder is made from a low glycemic carbohydrate blend of brown rice, oatmeal, and sweet potato for sustained energy.
Bionic Edge Mass Builder takes a different approach than many other weight gainers. Many other weight-gainers contain a ridiculous amount of calories which are often comprised mostly of refined sugar. While a certain amount of simple sugar post-workout has been show to be useful, it makes for a limited weight-gainer, in that, you can only take it post-workout if you want to avoid fat gain. Furthermore, some weight-gainers contain so much simple sugar that even one full serving post-workout appears to be too much for some people. The advantage of a product like Bionic Edge Mass Builder is that it can be taken at other times during the day (other than post-workout) with a much lower likelihood of promoting fat gain.

Bionic Edge™ Mass Builder is perfect for bodybuilders, athletes, or anyone who wants to pack on muscle size and strength without adding fat.
Almost all truth. However, if you abuse this product (use it too often), you can expect significant fat gain. Obviously, how much Bionic Edge Mass Builder one consumes and their likelihood of gaining fat, varies with individuals.
Regardless, I was very impressed with Bionic Edge Mass Builder's claim and I felt they were almost entirely honest. Therefore, for the claim, I award Bionic Edge Mass Builder a 9/10.
Taste:
I sampled the Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream flavour of Bionic Edge Mass Builder. I found that it had a quite rich chocolate taste when mixed in water. I found this taste to be fairly appetizing but nothing too special. Therefore, for taste, I award Bionic Edge Mass Builder's Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream flavour a 7/10.
Solubility/Texture:
Like most weight-gainers, Bionic Edge Mass Builder didn't mix perfectly. However, in comparison to other weight-gainers, I found that Bionic Edge Mass Builder mixed quite well in a blender. I found that the texture of Bionic Edge Mass Builder was similar to water, and not extremely thick and gritty like you may have expected. Therefore, for solubility/texture, I was pleased with Bionic Edge Mass Builder. As a result, I award Bionic Edge Mass Builder an 8/10 for solubility/texture.
Effectiveness:
Bionic Edge Mass Builder is loaded with protein (50 grams), carbohydrates (100 grams) and a bit of fat (3.5 grams) as well. There isn't much variety of protein sources (only Micro/ultra Filtered Whey Concentrate, Whey Isolates, Whey Peptides). Also, there isn't much fat, but this can be taken either way. However, the fat that's in Bionic Edge Mass Builder is from flaxseed, which I find impressive. Bionic Edge Mass Builder contains a significant amount of carbohydrates. Surprisingly, only 3 grams of the 100 grams of carbohydrates are simple sugar and 8 grams are fibre. Therefore, you can expect Bionic Edge Mass Builder to be a solid supplement, which will provide a good source of energy anytime of day (although I'd recommend avoiding weight-gainers at night if you are avoiding fat gain). Therefore, for effectiveness, I award Bionic Edge Mass Builder an 8/10.
Overall Review:
Bionic Edge Mass Builder's only major weakness is its price. Bionic Edge Mass Builder is a very expensive weight-gainer. If Revolutionary Technology Nutrition could lower the price and add a wider spectrum of proteins, Bionic Edge Mass Builder would easily rival the top weight-gainers on the market. The claim was fairly honest. The taste was more than adequate. The solubility and texture is right on and the effectiveness is impressive. Therefore, for an overall review, I award Revolutionary Technology Nutrition's Bionic Edge Mass Builder, Dutch Chocolate Ice Cream flavour a 7.5/10.
