Description
Purpose
(1) To develop the outside
of the forearm.
Execution
(1) Grasp the handle on
the curl machine, using an overhand grip. Place your elbows firmly
on the pad.
(2) Lift the handle up and
toward you as far as you can.
(3) Lower the weight,
slowly and under control until you get back to the starting
position.
Tips
(1) Keep your elbows
stationary at your sides through the entire range of motion to
stabilize the movement.
