Suggested use:
For a smooth creamy shake, add contents of packet
to 12 oz. of water or skim milk and mix in shaker or blender for 30
seconds and drink immediately. For a thicker frostier shake, add 2-3
ice cubes and mix for 30 seconds. Use 2-4 servings daily.
