Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take one capsule two times daily. Take one of your servings approximately 1 hour before exercise or athletic event. For maxiumum results, take 19-Nor 3-Andro for 6 weeks followed by a 2 week off period, then repeat cycle.
Warnings:
This product contains steroid hormones that may cause breast enlargement, testicle shrinkage and infertility in males, and increased facial and body hair, voice deepening, and clitoral enlargement in females. Higher doses may increase these risks. If you are at risk for prostate or breast cancer you should not use this product.
