Androstenedione: 250mg
Suggested use:
Take 1 capsule 2 or 3 times daily. When you train will determine when you schedule
your dosage times.
Train in the morning.
Schedule your first dose about 30 minutes to 1 hour before your morning
workout.
Take one capsule mid day. (optional)
Take one capsule before bed.
Train in the afternoon/evening.
Take one capsule immediately upon wakening.
Take one capsule at lunch time. (optional)
Take one capsule 30 minutes to one hour before you train.
Train twice daily.
