Suggested use:
As a dietary supplement, take 1 capsule 2 times
daily. Take 1 of your servings approximately 1 hour before exercise
or athletic event. For maximum results, take 19-Nor 250 for 6 weeks
followed by a 2 week off period, then repeat cycle.
Warnings:
This product contains steroid hormones that may cause
