PowerBar PowerBars Review By Steven S.

Introduction:

The product for my next review is made by a very well-known company which is PowerBar, a world-renounced name brand in the industry. More specifically, the brand extension labels this bar as PowerBar Sport, which is at Step 1 of the 3 steps for energizing athletes and lifters alike.

The flavour of this PowerBar Sport is chocolate and you can buy it at WalMart so if you like it then email the always flexible and accommodating person at Webmaster@BodybuildingPro.com.

As with other PowerBars, it has that addicting taste and pleases the rest of the mouth as well as it is quite chewy but be sure to chew it well of course! Unfortunately, the shelf life is not that long as it only lasts about three months so be sure to take that into consideration when you order it.

The nutritional information is relatively the same although the PowerBar Sport has two and a half times the amount of potassium that the same flavour for the PowerBar Performance bar has. Compared to most bars, this particular one has only 200 calories so it is fine to take after lifting.

PowerBar is famous for the quality of their products so you do not have to worry about health concerns but make sure not to take this or any other product too often or you will get quite sick. Be aware that this product contains traces of almond, milk, nut, wheat and sesame ingredients.

Also included with this supplement is a source of many vitamins and minerals the body requires. Recently, I heard on the John Tesh radio show that bodybuilders should drink chocolate milk after workouts because it has the perfect combination of carbohydrates and protein that are needed for muscle repair and growth. This product has a similar proportion of those fuels.

For those who are not allergic, the suggested usage is to have one bar 30 minutes before activity with one or two cups of water. But you can drink as much water as you desire. Actually, the best water you can get by far is distilled water and not only it is cheaper than bottled water, and saves garbage, but it has only 1 / 50 of the toxins that tap water and bottled water have. When your bottle states it has minerals, those are inorganic and it is not good like one would assume. Interestingly enough, PowerBar is a subsidiary of Nestle Nutrition which also makes those chocolate bars. Nestle definitely made a wise investment in a quality supplement enjoyed around the world by millions. My overall score for this supplement is 10 out of 10 as I could not find anything wrong with it.
