Every serving of N-large 2 has a HUGE 52 grams of protein! As well, there are 89 grams of carbs and a total of 620 calories. If you mix with water, those are the numbers you are looking at. Mixed with whole or skim milk, and you will have an even more calorie dense shake! You will want to drink as much N-large 2 as you can handle.
