New to the scene.. Have lots of
questions.

I am 32 years old, 5'7", 145 lbs. I have been training for about a year,
with little progress. I am planning two eight week cycles, stacking Deca and
Sustanon 250... I plan to end my cycle with both Clomid and HCG.
1st question..Is this a good cycle for a
new guy? Can you structure this cycle for me? If you could, include days when I
should use each drug, how much, and how to properly use the Clomid and HCG. Of
course I would like to maximize the benefits, while minimizing the risks
involved.
How long should I "off cycle"
before beginning my 2nd cycle? Will the same cycle work well the 2nd time?
What type of dangers/side effects are
involved in the use of these specific drugs? And, what is the likelihood of
experiencing any serious health problems if I do stop after two cycles?
IMPORTANT QUESTION-
What can I expect later in life...Do we know anything about possible problems
later in life (based on what I plan to do right now) In other words, are there
old guys getting cancer or having heart attacks from limited use (such as the
two cycles we discussed) when they were younger??? How about my sex drive, and
reproduction?? Do you expect that two cycles done correctly will have a real
effect on either??
I do have a very mild receding
hairline...Any chance the two cycles could exacerbate the situation? I do have
access to a pharmacy in Juarez Mexico...Should I be concerned about fake gear?
What is your opinion on GHB?? Useful? Dangerous?? What about these HGH
precursors for sale all over the net? Do they work at all?

Deca and Sustanon is a great
first-time cycle, but I wouldn't use the same cycle with the same drugs the
second time. It would be better to use two completely different drugs the second
time, for example some brand of Testosterone Enanthate and Winstrol.
The most common side effect from
Deca is the so called Deca-Dick. It appears less effective or entirely
ineffective in activity on nerve cells, certainly on the nerve cells responsible
for erectile function. Use of Deca as the sole drug often results in complete
inability to perform sexually. This can be avoided by stack it with an
androgenic steroids like Sustanon.
The most common side effect from
Sustanon is water retention and acne. Both these problems will stop once you
stop using the drug. Since you're only using it for eight weeks, you don't have
to worry to much about side effects, especially not any serious health problems.
Long-lasting steroid misuse can
give you serious health problems. In a recent Finnish study, they watched 62
powerlifters. The aim of the study was to determine the mortality, and the cause
of premature deaths among a group of subjects who are strongly suspected to have
used anabolic steroids for a non-medical purpose over several years. The
mortality of 62 male powerlifters placed 1st-5th in weight series 82.5-125 kg in
Finnish championships during 1977-1982 was compared with the mortality of
population controls. The mortality during the 12-year follow-up was 12.9% for
the powerlifters compared to 3.1% in the control population. By 1993 eight of 62
powerlifters and 34 of 1094 population controls had died, thus the risk of death
among the powerlifters was 4.6 times higher (95% CI 2.04-10.45; p = 0.0002). The
causes of premature death among the powerlifters were suicide (3), acute
myocardial infarction (3), hepatic coma (1) and non-Hodgkin's lymphoma (1).
These findings add to the growing amount of evidence of an association between
anabolic steroid abuse and premature death, and support the view that measures
to decrease steroid misuse among both competitive and amateur athletes are
justified. But please note that these users used steroids for several years, and
not one or two cycles.
My personal opinion is that one or
two cycles won't give you any health problems at all.
During the cycle, your sperm count
(the number of living sperm cells in your sperm) might drop to zero. But it will
start to increase again as soon as you stop using the drugs, especially when you
use HCG and Clomid in the end of the cycle. I would advice you to make sure your
wife/girl use birth control pills, and/or that you use a condom when you have
sex. If she gets pregnant while you're on steroids, the child might end up with
serious health problems/birth damages.
The Sustanon will give you an
increased sex drive, so prepare your wife:-)
Sustanon and Deca might give you
problems with your hairline, but that can be avoided with the use of Propecia.

There have been reports of fake
gear from Mexican pharmacies, so you should be careful and check the products
before you buy them. I don't think you will experience any problems if you visit
a big and well-known pharmacy.
I wouldn't recommend anyone to use
GHB. It's a dangerous drug and can give you serious problems. Read Mick's
article about GHB here (link removed for
the ezine). After reading the story, I'm sure you'll agree with me that this
drug should be avoided...
I have one thing to say about HGH
precurors; CRAP! Don't waste your money on them. Stick with real hGH and
steroids.
It's extremely difficult to give
you any nutrition and traning tips, because I don't know enough about you. One
thing that works great for one person might not work at all for another person.
But I can tell you what works for me.
Training.
-
Upper body: 3-4 exercises per
muscle group, 2 working sets, 3-6 reps + 2 forced reps. End each exercise
with one set with 8-10 reps just to get the blood flowing.

Lower body: 2-3 exercises per
muscle group, 2 working sets, 6-12 reps + 1-2 forced. End with one set 12-15
reps.

Train 2 days on, one off, 2
days on, 2 off.

Cardio 3 times per week for 45
minutes.
Nutrition.

Try to follow a 60% carbs, 30%
protein and 10% fat diet. That's % of daily calories (Kcal).

1.5-2 gram protein per pound
body weight. If you weigh 200 pounds, you should force down 300-400 gram of
protein each day.

Vitamin/mineral supplements.
-
5-6 meals per day
