I'm writing in regards to my husband, Jeff Spreng. He has been bodybuilding for about 20 years now and till this day he continues with his dream to become a pro-bodybuilder like Ronnie Coleman and Jay Cutler. He is very loyal and dedicated to his dream, 6 days a week - 3 to 3 1/2 hours a day.
I first met Jeff when he was 190 pounds and today he weighs 258. It's very hard for him to go to the gym every day and not meet any one that is not as deciated as he his and to some day become a pro bodybuilder. People don't understand how hard it is to do what he does everyday, they tell him that he is just wasting his time and money. Jeff has had a lot of difficult times in his life. His first wife died in his arms from cancer and he was all alone facing this hardship. It was very hard for him to continue on with his bodybuilding career, but he did it because of his dream.
I was hoping that perhaps you could contact Ronnie Coleman or Jay Cutler and ask them to please write him a letter telling him not to give up hope, perhaps some guidance from them would be greatly appreciated! Jeff try to sign up for the Ronnie Colemna work out tour but it was sold out. I'm hoping that their Mr. Coleman might be having another workout session soon.
