Awake at 12:29PM

Meal 1 (1:30AM):

  • Steak
  • Potatoes


Meal 2 (4:30AM):

  • Steak

Meal 2 (7:30AM):

  • Steak

Meal 4 (10:30AM):

  • Half of Medium Pizza (Pepperoni, Green Pepper, Pineapple) from Pizza Pizza


Meal 4 (1:30AM):

Meals were monotonous today, but all went ok for a Saturday. I find that my Monday - Friday nutrition is generally pretty good but I slack off on the weekends, and I shouldn't. I just want to never be hungry. That is the key to making and preserving muscle mass. The minute you go hungry is the minute bad news is taking place. Don't let it happen if you can prevent it! Yeah, easier said than done I know, but just try your best. That is my ultimate goal. I look forward to getting back into the gym on Monday and having another good week.
