Wake Up: 2:00PM

Meal 1 (2:30PM):

  • Two Egg Whites
  • Bowl of Oats
  • Banana


Meal 2 (5:30PM):

  • Salmon
  • Potato
  • Mixed Vegetables
  • Banana


Meal 3 (8:30PM):

  • Salmon
  • Potato
  • Mixed Vegetables


Meal 4 (1AM):

  • Half Medium Pizza (Pepperoni, Italian Sausage, Green Pepper)

Today was an off day from training. Normally on the weekends, if I am caught up with my school work, I can use the time to work on BodybuildingPro! That is something I have sort of been neglecting lately, but I would like to stop. One thing is for certain - my gains in bodybuilding have been slow and steady through the years, but I feel like I can increase my gains by far if I can only get my appetite up.
