Meal 1 (11:45AM):

  • Tuna Sandwich with Onions and Marble Cheese
  • Omelet with onion, tomato, mushroom, ham
  • Bowl of Carrots and Celery
  • One Glass of Orange Juice
  • One Glass of Milk


Meal 2 (6PM):

  • Turkey Schnitzel with Carbonara Sauce
  • Brocoli with Cheese Sauce
  • Cream of Brocoli Soup
  • Bowl of Beans
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple

Things are going very well so far. Today was quite a busy day - after class between 1-2:30, I did a workout, followed by an eye exam at 4:30. This threw a loop in my schedule since I was supposed to be eating my second meal of the day at 4:45. I'm going to try to get on a more consistent sleeping schedule (try to wake up at a reasonable hour). I'm a busy guy, but so far, so good. I'm going to see about maybe storing some protein in my locker at the university. We'll see. As long as I keep a good attitude, and continue to improve, I will be happy.
