Gaspari Nutrition Cytolean Review by Beverly B

Let me start off my stating that my experience wasn't a negative one, however, it did not give me the results I expected. The recommended dosage is to take 2-3 capsules in the morning and 1-2 capsules 6-8 hours later. You are advised not to take more than 4 capsules per day.

The ingredients are:

Gaspari Cytolean Proprietary Blend:

Glucuronolactone, Green Tea Extract (90% Catechins and 60% ECDC), DL Phenylalanine, L-Tyrosine, Beta-Phenylethylamine, Caffeine, Evodia rutaecarpa extract standardized for Rutaecarpine content, Hordenine, Gingko Biloba extract, Uncaria rhynchophylla, Sinofranchetia chinensis 667mg

I must admit their advertisement sold me. I was eager to try out this product alongside a proper nutrition and fitness regimen. I followed the directions solely for about a week, but decided to kick it up a notch when I didn't feel it was doing anything for me. After going through other reviews and experiences on Cytolean. I began to wonder why I wasn't obtaining similar results. I came across a Cytolean Stacking Schedule that involved another Gaspari product called "Thyrotabs". I phoned all of the supplement and nutrition stores in town, unfortunately nobody carried this particular product. I decided to stack it with ephedra. Even with that, discouragement and frustration had settled in.

Patent Pending Thermogenic Agent - I recall how thermogenesis is supposed to feel like in a supplement. Cytolean gave me a slight raise in body temperature, although not to the point of excess perspiration. Before Cytolean, I was on a different product called Redline and I can attest that product is the epitome of thermogenesis. Cytolean, in comparison, was about 1/3 of that.

Crushes Appetite & Constant Cravings - The appetite suppression and decreased cravings were apparent. I must say this impressed me most about Cytolean. It didn't give me that jittery sick feeling or increased hunger unlike my previous experience with fat burners. Of course when I added the ephedra it diminished my desire to eat even more so.

Long Lasting Explosive Energy - They indicate that "to avoid sleeplessness, avoid taking Cytolean later than mid to late afternoon." I can say that I have never had a problem with sleep on Cytolean alone, in fact had even slept shortly after consuming the product. I did not feel the "explosive energy" and would routinely take it with caffeine and eventually ephedra for an extra boost before a workout.

Profound Sense of Well Being & Mental Focus - Interestingly enough, I did find my mood to be uplifted while taking these supplements. Now who's to say that it could be the ingredients in the supplements or just the endorphins you acquire from having a healthy fit lifestyle. I will give it to Cytolean, as I have been on the other end of the spectrum. I have experienced increased aggravation and anxiety from various fat burners, which oddly enough are not on the market anymore.

In conclusion it is important for me to express that I am not new to fat burners, in fact have been testing them out for almost a decade. I recall the first Hydroxycut and Xenadrine, I remember when ECA stacks were the norm. Over the years, my body might have gotten used to these supplements so that could very well be the reasoning of why this didn't work. It really is unfortunate that I couldn't obtain Thyrotabs to do the recommended stacking schedule with Cytolean, as I do believe my review would be different. However, keep in mind what works for one person, may not work for the next.
