Awake at 9:30

Meal 1 (10AM):

  • Two Whole Eggs
  • One Piece of Wheat Toast with Strawberry Jam
  • Ham
  • Hashbrowns


Meal 2 (2PM):

  • 1/2 Turkey Sandwich with Lettuce, Tomato, Marble Cheese
  • Two Slices of Cheese Pizza
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple)
  • Chocolate Brownie
  • One Glass of Orange Juice
  • One Glass of Skim Milk


Meal 3 (5:15PM):

  • Chicken Leg
  • Pasta Shells with Tomato Sauce
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple)
  • Bowl of Beans
  • One Glass of Orange Juice
Meal 4 (6:30PM):

  • Chicken Leg
  • One Glass of Skim Milk
Meal 5 (10:30PM):

  • Bowl of Oats
  • Potatoes
  • Protein Shake (23 grams)

I can't complain about today - all went well. Including the test I had to write and the lab report I had to submit. Overall, I felt my nutrition was up to speed and my training was intense and resulted in a good pump. If I could have days like this every day, I would feel great. Unfortunately it is not always so easy and life gets in the way. Oh well, I keep my head up and hope to keep up the progress and consistency - bodybuilding is all about making improvements after all.
