Awake at 11:45

Meal 1 (1PM)
  • Omelet with Mozzarella Cheese, Onion, Tomato, Mushroom, Ham
  • Tuna Sandwich with Marble Cheese, Lettuce
  • One Cup of Cottage Cheese
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple)
  • Glass of Skim Milk


Meal 2 (7PM):

  • Chicken Balls (with Plum Sauce)
  • Egg Roll (with Plum Sauce)
  • Rice
  • Steamed Vegetables
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple)
  • Bowl of Beans
  • Glass of Orange Juice
  • Glass of Skim Milk


Meal 3 (11PM):

  • Chicken Breast
  • Bowl of Oats
  • Potatoes
  • Protein Shake (23 grams)
  • Banana

Today was probably the busiest day of the term so far. I had a lab report and a midterm test due for my hardest class of the semester - Research Methods. The lab report went ok as did the midterm today (70 questions multiple choice), and although three meals for a day is on the low end of things, I feel I ate an adequate amount for the day (enough to basically maintain my mass for the day and not begin atrophy!). I know this sounds like I am rationalizing my less than ideal result for the day, but all in all, I feel it was ok. Since I didn't have a workout scheduled for today, the lack of food didn't result in a lack of a pump.
