Awake at 2PM

Meal 1 (3PM):

  • Two Egg Whites
  • Slice of Homemade Pizza
  • Protein Shake (23 grams)
  • Sausage
Meal 2 (7PM):

  • Large Plate of Pasta with Homemade Tomato Sauce
Meal 3 (11PM):

  • Chicken Breasts
  • Potatoes

Another bad day in terms of diet and for the exact same reasons as before - I have two choices (1) graduate on time with my degrees for May convocation, or (2) succeed at my bodybuilding goals as best as possible. I really hope this school situation gets better before it gets worse...but with a lab due on Thursday and a midterm test (#1 of 3) things won't be particularly easy. At least I have Spring break to look forward to...I hope.
