Horrible day! Absolutely miserable. And in this case it has less to do with lack of discipline and everything to do with an overwhelming academic load at university and not having time to pick up the food I need to make proper (bodybuilding meals. At least it was an off day from training and I didn't ruin the chance to get a great pump or anything. As you may know, I had to completely revise my thesis which has left me with the job of doing a literature review for my introduction, which will require reading and referencing 10-40 sources...this is keeping me very busy, especially since I want to analyze the data over Spring break. I really wanted this to be one semester where I succeed both in school, and in my bodybuilding goals, but more and more I think it will be very difficult to do so.

Take care,
