Awake at 7:15AM Meal 1 (8AM):

  • Two Whole Eggs
  • Hash Browns
  • Ham


Meal 2 (11:45PM):

  • Bean & Bacon Soup
  • Omelet with Onion, Tomato, Mushroom, Ham
  • Hummus Wrap with Green Pepper, Marble Cheese, Lettuce, Tomato, Onion, Ranch Dressing
  • Bowl of Mushrooms & Carrots
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit
  • Glass of Orange Juice
  • Glass of 1% Milk


Meal 3 (4:45PM):

  • Salisbury Steak
  • Rice
  • Potatoes
  • Bowl of Mushrooms & Carrots
  • Bean & Bacon Soup
  • Slice of 12-Grain Bread
  • Glass of Orange Juice

Meal 4 (7:00PM):

I could only wish every day was like today. I've had enough time this semester so far to make the gym on a consistent basis, but my nutrition leaves something to be desired...unfortunately. It is head and shoulders ahead of what it used to be, but still far from perfect. My diet on the weekend is always especially poor because I need to spend that time catching up on school work which results in less emphasis on frequent meals, getting the required protein, etc. I have been trying my best though and making great progress, and that is what bodybuilding is about to me.

In other good news, the SITE DISCUSSION FORUM is now up to over 500 members and growing. Hopefully it hits 1,000 soon. New members are trickling in every day and conversation is finally getting started on the boards. I can't wait to see it grow, as well as the rest of the site.
