Awake at 11:40AM

Meal 1 (12:45PM):

  • Omelet with Onion, Tomato, Mushroom, Ham
  • Hummus in a Wrap with Green Peppers, Lettuce, Onions
  • Bowl of Mixed Fruit (Orange, Pear, Watermelon, Peach, Cantaloupe, Pineapple)
  • Bowl of Chicken
  • Glass of Orange Juice
  • Glass of Skim Milk


Meal 2 (6PM):

  • Vegetable Stir Fry with Rice, Carrots, Green Onion, Red Onion, Brocolli
  • Bowl of Carrots
  • Mozza Burger with Lettuce, Tomato, Mustard
  • Lemon Pudding Dessert
  • Glass of Orange Juice
  • Glass of Skim Milk


Meal 3 (7:30PM):

  • Mozza Burger with Lettuce


Meal 4 (11:00PM):

  • Chicken Breast
  • Bowl of Oats
  • Protein Shake (23 grams)

Nutrition was fine today, with the exception that I wanted to eat a fifth meal for the day, but needed to be in bed early in order to wake up to be at an 8:30AM meeting with my thesis advisor tomorrow morning. Otherwise things went well.

As far as training went, things were also great, and as you can see I'm trying for more sets per exercise than the normally recommended four. I'm might go heavy into the volume training as time goes. I'll have to wait and see what works and what doesn't. After doing a few more workouts for this month, I'll be able to gauge my progress better. Otherwise, all is well and I look forward to the quads and hamstrings workout coming up on Friday!
