I am Steve Sidorski and the review is for Creatine Edge and Black Betas; which are both sold by Eight Ball Nutrition. My first impression is that they work together quite well and should be taken together during the same cycle. The Effervescent Creatine formula is four times more effective than regular Creatine Monohydrate and more than four times when combined with the Black Betas, which should be taken three times daily.
The flavour I sampled was Grape and I must say that mixing with water proved to be more than delightful. I can honestly say that the ten grams of sugar per serving combined with 5g of Creatine has done wonders for both my muscles and taste buds! My advice is to stay away from the Orange because I have not tried it and therefore I cannot guarantee that it will taste as good or better than the dependable Grape flavour.
I remain choosing to stay away from Cell-Tech because I believe that form of Creatine, which is sixteen times more potent than regular Creatine, to be dangerous to say the least.
As for the effects of this combination of the two supplements, I noticed increase size in muscle and strength within one week and I was able to recover faster than from taking regular supplements before such as your average protein supplements or regular vitamins. For example, I was able to do lat pulldowns for more repetitions after using these items together for a week from a "levelled off 90 pounds" to 135 pounds so I am on my way up! The following day I went from a shoulder press of 70 for eight reps the week before to 100 pounds and I was also able to do this additional weight for eight or nine reps as well!
