Cumulative Reps - Bodybuilding Shocking Principle




This is a little known shocking technique that works to get a great pump. What you do is take an amount of weight you can perform a set with for approximately 10 reps. From there, do one rep with that amount of weight. Now wait 10 seconds, and do two reps. Wait 10 seconds again and do three reps. Wait another 10 seconds and do four reps, and so on. You may not be able to make it up to 10 repetitions using that amount of weight, but you might be able to make seven or eight. As the reps get higher and higher, you will feel the intensity of the pump quite clearly. This is a great little technique if the pump is something you would like to exercise.
