Close / Medium-Grip Pull-Downs

Description

Purpose

(1) To work the lats, emphasizing the lower lats.

Execution

(1) Grasp the handles of a machine bar with a narrow or medium grip.

(2) Pull down to your chest.

(3) Let the handles go upwards again until your lats are fully stretched.

Tips

(1) Don't sway backwards, but try to concentrate on using the lats to do the movement.

(2) Let the handles go upward again until your lats are fully stretched out.
