Description
Purpose
(1) To develop the upper and lower abs.
Execution
(1) Attach a rope to an overhead pulley. Kneel down and grasp
the rope with both hands.
(2) Holding the rope in front of your forehead, bend and curl
downward, rounding your back, bringing your head to your knees and
feeling the abs crunch together.
(3) Release and come back up to the starting position.
Tips
(1) Make sure the effort involved is made with the abs.
Don’t pull down with the arms.
