Dumbbell Concentration Curls

Description Purpose

(1) To create height in the outer regions of the biceps.

(2) Excellent exercise to include as weak point training to develop biceps peak.

Execution

(1) In a standing position, bend over slightly and take a dumbbell in one hand. Rest your other hand on your knee or another stationary object in order to stabilize the movement.

(2) Curl the weight up to the deltoid. At the top, twist the wrist so that your little finger ends up a little higher than your thumb.

Tips

(1) Do not rest your working arm on your thigh.

(2) Only curl the weight to the shoulder, not to the chest.
