Calcium is one of the more abundant minerals found in the body. Of an adult's total bodyweight, anywhbere between 1.5-2% of the total weight will be calcium. Calcium is largely found in teeth and bones.

Milk and foods which contain milk are your most commonly found sources of calcium. Several servings from dairy food groups every day will ensure that you receive the necessary amount of calcium for optimum bodily function.

Bodybuilder's and other fitness athletes will benefit from proper calcium intake not only from improved day to day functioning, but also because calcium can help maintain strong bones. Requirements:
