I did not use The NO-XPLODE IGNITER SHOT during a workout so I can't comment much about the promotion of vasodilation that the product claims. I can say that while I used this product, I did maintain stamina as one of the bullet point above states.
Taste:
I tried the "Blue Raz" flavour of the BSN NO Xplode Igniter Shot and thought it was delicious. Overall I would rate the taste of this supplement to be a 10/10.
Solubility/Texture:

Effectiveness:
I used the Igniter Shot when writing my 2011 Mr. Olympia contest report. I actually used two of them over the course of the day which is a tremendous amount of caffeine for me. I did space it out as said but I still got a big kick from this supplements and I thought it was great.
