Bioplex All Natural Pure WPI
My name is Steven Sidorski and the protein supplement I am reviewing is called All Natural PURE WPI which is made by Bioplex / Bioplex Nutrition. After I found the best possible price by clicking on http://www.bodybuilding.com/store/bioplex/bio.htm, I found that it is a lot better value if you buy the two pounds rather than the single pound. With most supplements on this site, you will not find a deal better than that proportion-wise. If you buy one for the full price, you are getting the second for 33% off and also you are saving a large portion on shipping cost.
As for the taste I could not find a supplement better tasting with having only 1g of carbohydrates. Alternatively, the vanilla flavour is offered and I am sure that it also has a high-quality taste to it.
Interestingly, this product has a rather short shelf-life of three or so months from when you order it but each pound only has 17 scoops and if you take between one and two scoops a day, a single pound of WPI would last about two weeks. Perhaps that is why the two pounds is a lot cheaper.
In addition to WPI from milk, the other ingredients are cocoa powder processed with alkali and natural flavours. Each 26g scoop carries 22g of protein and it is also a good source of calcium.
All Natural PURE WPI is produced using state-of-the-art low temperature cross-flow micro and ultrafiltration technologies to ensure maximum retention of native undenatured proteins in their natural proportions while removing undesired fractions such as fat and lactose. Also, this protein supplement contains only naturally sourced ingredients which results in a pure and natural product enjoyed by many from competitive bodybuilders to individuals serious about health and body maintenance. It should be added with milk or soy milk but at the very least water. Although the label says you can add juice, I would think that would be similar to pouring apple or orange juice on your cereal and then eating it. That does not make much sense to me either.
Bioplex is famous for the quality of their products so you do not have to worry about health concerns but make sure not to take this products too often because it can cause you to be sick.
The ideal time to take this product is between about an hour and a half hour before your workout.
I rate this product a 9.5 out of 10 which is the highest rating I have ever given on a supplement. The hot-chocolate taste combined with great / supplemental facts and a high amount of protein account for this unbelievable rating. Further to this, there are no artificial sweeteners, it is lactose free, mixes instantly and provides immune system support. Another great benefit of this product is the fact it has eighteen amino acids which have a mean average of 1g per serving.
