The Beginner's Misconceptions - By Marcus Boyd
When starting bodybuilding, we are powered with excitement and energy
ready to bulk up like the hulk and be cut like Bruce Lee. On the
initial path we most likely have previously fooled around with
weights and started the big biceps builder workout consisting of
curls more curls and maybe bench press.
Now we are ready to get serious we have read the beginner's guide to
bodybuilding and taken in some decent knowledge and start our 3/4/5/6
day split. Two to four months perhaps eight down the track we develop
some misconceptions perhaps small or large and either get depressed
annoyed or aggravated or even quit bodybuilding.
These misconceptions can be:
WHAT'S HAPPENING TO ME IM NOT RONNIE COLEMAN DAGNAMMIT? WHERE'S MY RESULTS?
Its time to relax, take in a big deep breath and realise
its not going to happen overnight "overmonth" or soon its all
going to take time, for some its a small period for others a rather large period.
What ever you do don't let this affect you, keep your confidence up and be patient.
UGHHH EATING THIS HEALTHY STUFF SUCKS
Diet would perhaps be 2/3 of what you need to build a big body, in no way
can you neglect, revise your diet and revise it again, if you aren't eating properly
how can you expect anything? It will be well worth the sacrifice in the end. Try some
alternatives or prepare it different if you can't hack that tuna or cottage cheese. Be
creative be different its fun to come up with your own recipies.
WOW MULTIPLEX MEGA SUPER MASS BUILDER 3000 I DEFINATLEY NEED THAT
Remember supplements are just that, never ever let them replace a good hearty meal.
Also don't buy them because of what the packet claims there is hardly any suppliments
worth using these days. Remember to research them and use them for just what they are
dont rely on them and never get into the mindset that the suppliment does the work,
chances are that you will waste your money and not gain anything. Don't get me wrong
suppliments do work but so does a good split and eating plan.
MAN I GOTTA GET SOME STEROIDS INTO ME
Don't do steroids kids roll and dice add 7 years and then think about them while researching
in between.
OH NOT LEG DAY I THINK I'LL SKIP IT
Legs are just as important as anyother bodypart and squats are essential. Training legs
maybe be a bother and may leave you walking like frankenstein but it will do nothing but good
for you.
ALL THIS READING IS GETTING BORING IM GOING TO www.HOTHUNNIES4U.com AND I'M SICK OF
GETTING TOLD WHAT TO DO AT THE GYM
It may sound uncool or nerdy, but reading is the most important thing you take in as much
knowledge as you can, once you have thought to have enough take in some more. The
bodybuilding forums contain a vast wealth of information, studies and ideas expressed
by amatuers and professionals alike. Always accept a suggestion from someone in the gym
try it out most likely it will be good, if it doesnt work discard it and move on
THIS SUCKS I'M NOT WASTING ANYMORE MONEY ON THE GYM - WHAT A SCAM
The most important thing is to never lose focus, your goals will come to you develop good eating
habits do your squats and cardio and the results will come before you know it. When you get in
the gym focus only on your body, drop all your thoughts and destroy every movement train like an
animal eat like one too. Never say die !!! Get some motivation perhaps a saying or picture of your
ideal physique and train towards your goals!!
I hope you all are empowered with a new sense of direction and are again ready
to continue your career and really get to your goal and go even further than you expected.
See you in the gym,
Marcus Boyd
