Albert was a long time bodybuilding contest competitor, and these prove his longevity in the sport of bodybuilding.

One thing to note about all of these pictures, is that during the time of the 1987 Mr. Olympia Contest, Albert Beckles was a young 57 years...age is just a number.

Talk about shredded. Another interesting thing about Albert is that he is a vegetarian.

How many 57 year old men can claim to have shoulders and biceps as sharp and striated as these? Maybe a better question - how many 27 year olds can make that claim?

Albert was pretty well known for his incredible back detail. I have yet to see a picture of Albert where his back wasn't as detailed and conditioned as the one seen above.

This is another classical type of back pose that is rarely seen these days. At one point in time in bodybuilding history, it was standard, but is seen less and less in contest these days.

What can we see here? Striated shoulders, ripped triceps, cut chest, deep abs - this guy had it all!

Here Albert shows great biceps and triceps separation, as well as a good vacuum - something rarely seen nowadays.

Albert Beckles was known for having some of the best peaked biceps in the history of bodybuilding.

Another classic shot - the twisting back shot. This shows Albert's excellent detail and conditioning from the rear.

Lastly, Albert from the side - he wasn't the thickest guy around, but he had a great shape - a body many men half his age would love to have.
