My name is Steve Sidorski and the protein bar reviewed is Steel Bar by American BodyBuilding.

American Body Building, part of Optimum Nutrition, has developed by far one of the best tasting protein supplemental bars on the market today. This is a good protein energy bar for before and/or after workouts, or for any other sporting event/cardio that you may be involved in.

American Bodybuilding Steel Bars are packed with 20 grams of protein per bar! Plus these high protein bars taste absolutely delicious! Hard training athletes need at least a gram of high quality protein per pound of body weight daily. Fuel your needs before or after workouts and in between meals with Steel Bars. Other notable ingredients are 310mg of potassium, 2g of fibre although the nutritional information is below average in that it has 3g saturated fat, 20mg of cholesterol, 36 grams of carbohydrates and 24g of sugar. It has many essential daily vitamins.

I tried the chocolate crisp flavour and I must say that it has an awesome combination of being chewy, slightly crunchy and excellent tasting. This tastes better than other protein bars I tried. The other two "lesser-tasting" flavours are cookies and cream as well as crunchy peanut butter.
