The Claim:

We'll delve into the specifics of this statement in the category entitled "taste."
4Ever® Whey Protein offers a cold cross-flow ultra filtered and advanced micro filtered whey isolate protein blend in a delicious and smooth milk shake flavor.
4Ever Fit Whey Protein, like Optimum Nutrition 100% Whey Protein (one of my favourite proteins), places whey protein isolate before whey protein concentrate in the ingredient list. My understanding is that this means there is more whey protein isolate, than whey protein concentrate. This is pleasing because whey protein isolate is the more expensive whey protein of the two.
It also provides maximum nutrient utilization, with no digestive system upsets that can be caused by lower quality proteins. Each serving is low in calories and lactose, and should be appropriate for anyone with milk allergies.
Unfortunately, actually fortunately for me, I don't have milk allergies. Therefore, I was unable to assess whether or not 4Ever Fit Whey Protein would be suitable for anyone with a milk allergy.
4Ever® Whey Protein uses a specifically designed 4EVER Protein Blend that provides the highest Branch Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) profile with rapid absorpotion for powerful and effective lean muscle gain.
4Ever Fit Whey Protein doesn't provide the highest Branch Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) profile. However, considering its cost and the class it's in, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein does provide an impressive BCAA profile. This BCAA will help with muscle recovery and thus, lean muscle gain.
Each serving contains 24 grams of protein, ZERO trans fats and does not contain any added carbohydrates, making it perfect for any low carbohydrate diet plan. It is completely instantized, so there is no need for a blender or any messy clean-up. Scoop, mix and enjoy! Who knew staying fit could taste this good?
4Ever Fit Whey Protein contains very little carbohydrates, and as stated above, a substantial amount of protein. Also, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein does contain a substantial amount of fat (3 grams). I find that 4Ever Fit Whey Protein mixed well in any form.
I felt that 4Ever Fit Whey Protein's claim was true for the most part. However, I didn't fully agree with it. Therefore, in regards to the claim, I award 4Ever Fit Whey Protein an 8/10.
Taste:
I sampled the vanilla shake flavour of 4Ever Fit Whey Protein. The claim states that 4Ever Fit Whey Protein is a "Great Tasting 100% Whey Protein Blend!" I'm not sure I would say the taste was great! However, I was impressed with the taste. Therefore, for taste, I award 4Ever Fit Whey Protein vanilla flavour an 8/10.
Solubility/Texture:
I found that 4Ever Fit Whey Protein mixed well in any form. Also, I found that the texture of 4Ever Fit Whey Protein was a clean smooth texture. Therefore, in regards to taste, I award 4Ever Fit Whey Protein an 8/10.
Effectiveness:
As stated above, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein doesn't provide the highest Branch Chain Amino Acid (BCAA) profile. However, considering its cost and the class it's in, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein does provide an impressive BCAA profile. Furthermore, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein contains a considerable amount of protein per serving (24 grams). As far as the effectiveness of whey proteins go, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein is a solid choice. Therefore, for effectiveness, I award 4Ever Fit Whey Protein an 8/10.
Overall Review:
4Ever Fit Whey Protein isn't the best priced product on the market. However, considering its makeup, it's very competitively priced. I was pleased with the claim for the most part. Also, I was impressed with the taste. The solubility/texture was good. Furthermore, 4Ever Fit Whey Protein is an effective product in comparison to other whey proteins in its class. Therefore, for an overall review, I reward 4Ever Fit Whey Protein an 8/10.
